Eating Periods Covered
Overtime Special Rule Applies The general overtime rule does not apply to these employees. They are instead entitled to overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 50 in a work week.O. Reg. 285/01, s. 16
Public Holidays Special Rule Applies These employees are not entitled to public holidays or public holiday pay if they receive 7.7% or more of their hourly wages for vacation or holiday pay. O. Reg. 285/01, s. 9(2)
