Interested in articling with us?

Articling with the Ministry of Labour's Legal Services Branch offers a student a broad exposure to quasi-criminal prosecutions, both at the trial and appellate level. As a student you will have carriage of prosecution files and administrative appeal files. You will appear in the Provincial Offences Court and before the Ontario Labour Relations Board. You will also assist and work closely with senior counsel on a wide variety of quasi-criminal and civil matters. You will do research, provide legal opinions and assist solicitors in advising on statutory matters.
