Dispute Resolution Services offers the following programs to assist the parties in improving their relationship and to provide an awareness of best practices:

• effective labour-management committees
• interest-based bargaining
• joint union-management training
• relationship building
• interest-based problem solving
• labour-management conferences

Our programs are facilitated by professional mediators who come from a variety of backgrounds and have extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. All of the programs are provided on a fee-for-service basis.
