Did you know repetitive strain injuries (RSIs) are among the most common types of worker injuries? Attention will be drawn to these types of injuries on February 29 on International Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) Awareness Day.



Work shouldn't hurt!

RSIs or musculosketal disorders (MSDs) describe a collection of painful disorders of the tendons, muscles, nerves and joints in the neck, back, chest, shoulders, arms and hands. This year marks the 17th annual RSI Awareness Day.
