New Claim Filing Process under the Employment Standards Act, 2000
A new process for filing Employment Standards claims is effective January 19, 2011. A new version of the Claim Form is now in use. The previous version of the Claim Form will no longer be accepted.
The ministry has created a new “Claim Kit” for employees to use and two web-based videos. These “how-to” videos are available in multiple languages.
