| Hospitality Industry Employees (Hotels, restaurants, taverns, etc.) |
This applies to employees working in a hotel, motel, tourist resort, restaurant or tavern. |

| Liquor Servers | This applies to employees who, as a regular part of their employment, serve liquor directly to customers, guests or members in a place for which a liquor licence or permit has been issued. | |
| Travelling Salespersons (Commissioned) |
This applies to salespersons who are paid wholly or partly by commission earned in respect of sales of (or offers to purchase) goods or services that are normally made away from the employer’s premises. Note: This does not apply to route salespersons. |

| Commissioned Automobile Salesperson | This applies to automobile salespersons who are remunerated wholly or partly on a commission basis. | |
| Real Estate Salespersons and Brokers | This applies to persons employed as salespersons or brokers as those terms are defined in the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002. | |
| Retail Business Employees | This applies to employees working in retail businesses. |
