If they are engaged at the site of road maintenance in relation to streets, highways or parking lots, they are entitled to overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 55 in a work week. If they are engaged at the site of road maintenance in relation to structures, such as bridges or tunnels, they are entitled to overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 50 in a week.
